RiverBend Solutions "N"- Compass methodology is a project life-cycle approach to facilitate IT organization, process and technology change. 2.  Software Development Life-Cycle Engineering (SDLC-E) which is integrated to "N"-Compass, and is comprised of four phases. 

"N"-Compass is the business transformational process that identifies and realizes value creation opportunities for an organization.

SDLC-E addresses unique application development and customization requirements which are different than organizational and process engineering requirements.

"N"-Compass and "SDLC-E" share a parent and child relationship. Creating a streamlined discovery, design and implementation solution. That leverages meaningful information and limited resources efficiently and effectively in delivering quality solutions.

The "N"-Compass methodology is value-driven and incorporated into all RiverBend Solutions projects.
